Over the years, Terry and Ernie have developed close working relationships with all the key State and local governmental agencies, as well as the major landowners and lenders in Hawaii, including Kamehameha Schools, James Campbell Company, Alexander & Baldwin, Weinberg Foundation, Bank of Hawaii, First Hawaiian Bank, American Savings Bank and Central Pacific Bank. Further, they have a positive working relationship with all the major escrow and title companies doing business in Hawaii.

Terry is one of the most experienced real estate and restaurant attorneys in Hawaii and is a licensed real estate broker. In over 40 years of practice, Terry has represented a "who's who" list of local and national developers, hoteliers, investors and entrepreneurs on a wide variety of Hawaii real estate acquisition, development, business, hotel and restaurant matters.
Terry was born and raised in Honolulu. He graduated from Iolani School and the University of Hawaii, where he obtained his B.A. in economics, with high honors, in 1977. Terry received his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of Law, in 1980. Terry is a regular lecturer on Hawaii real estate matters and is a frequent continuing legal education panelist.
Ernie joined private practice after an extensive career with the City and County of Honolulu, including civil service and cabinet-level positions and, most recently, as the longest servicing Chairperson in the history of the Honolulu City Council. Ernie concentrates his practice on real property law and community engagement.
Tom Daniel concentrates his law practice in federal and State tax planning, resolution of tax disputes, organization and structuring of business ventures, solving practical business legal problems, purchases and sales of businesses, structuring and acquiring real property interests, and structuring tax-advantaged means for acquiring, holding, operating and disposing of real estate and business investments. Mr. Daniel also provides estate and trust planning advice and services for his clients.
Mike concentrates his practice in commercial real estate, restaurants, land use, and business transactions.
Mike graduated magna cum laude from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa William S. Richardson School of Law. While in law school, he was a member of the University of Hawai'i Law Review and co-created the Hawaii Law Podcast. Mike was also a member of the Law and Business Organization and Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society.
